1. The applicant is a not-for-profit organisation.

2. In respect of non-theatrical screenings, the applicant does not charge admission fees or solicit donations that may be construed as admission fees.

3. Where relevant, the applicant warrants that it will observe Best Practice (defined as ‘practice closely and consistently conforming with competencies set out in the 16mm Projectionist’s Manual, 2013 edition concerning maintenance of film projection equipment and the handling of film.

4. By making this application, the applicant acknowledges reading and understanding these conditions and agrees, if admitted to membership, to abide by them and by the AFSF Constitution as it may be amended from time to time.
