President’s Report on the 2020 Annual General Meeting

The 2020 AFSF AGM was held on 7 November 2020 at Canberra Museum and Gallery (CMAG). The delegates talked about the waiving of federation membership fees due to COVID-19 Restrictions, the use of Netflix by film societies and the regular business of the AGM.

Through the year, the Committee had contacted all groups who had not updated their details in 2019 in order to keep the Federation’s member information up to date

This had allowed them to collect information on how member societies were coping with COVID-19 restrictions and this was discussed.
