Stratvell Film Society
The Stratvell Film Society is located in South Johnstone QLD.
Screemigs are held at South Johnsone Community Hall (a couple of doors up from the pub).
Screenings are at 7.30pm on the LAST Friday of the month.
Stratvell Film Society welcomes all guests & members to their screenings. Tea, coffee, biscuits, cake are all available at interval

Starry Nights is a group of like-minded movie lovers who enjoy alternative film selections. Each term brings movies ranging from documentaries, international (non-mainstream) film to alternative films from mainstream film studios. We have over 500 members

The Stanwell Park Arts Theatre film Society screens in the Stanwell Park Art Theatre.
We show around 4 films a year but they can be real events with members dressing up and bringing in food and drink that match the film.

The Rising Sun Film Society screens films in Moree NSW, at St Philomena’s Hall on the 3rd Sunday of the month at 7pm. It has been going for over 25 years.

Pacific Palms Community Centre World Cinema
Pacific Palms World Cinema show films in a local Community Hall once a month to provide a social night for it’s 60 members.
North West Theatre Company Film Club
The NWTC shows films on the last Sunday of every month. in a beautifully refurbished Roxy theatre in Bingara NSW in the New England Tablelands.
NWTC President John Wearne says that the program has something for everyone.
“We have attempted, and I think succeeded, in having a wonderful balance of films – some old, some new and covering a wide variety of categories. We probably have an increase in recent movies this time, with a good dash of old, much loved classics”,

All films supported by shorts and features, introductory comments, group discussion and drinks and supper in the café.
